Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing essential support to team members across departments. You will play a key part in maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and manage courier services

  • Assist in managing the meeting room and ensure they are well-maintained

  • Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items as needed

  • Support the coordination of basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors when required

  • Help prepare and submit purchase requests, follow up on approvals, and check received items against invoices

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events or team activities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements
