Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Develop communication plans and communicate to the public via audio and visual means.
  • Monitor social media platforms to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Provide situation updates and alternatives to enhance commuters' travel experience, especially during train service delays.
  • Liaise with external agencies.
  • Generate fault requests for relevant departments.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications & Work Experience

Diploma in any discipline.

Skills
  • Proficient in making public train announcements in both English and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a diverse team environment.
