Position: Operations and Fleet Services Manager - CK
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Affiliate sourcing and management in the APAC region.
  2. Ensure timely assignment of drivers to jobs, customer satisfaction, and revenue maximization.
  3. Handle logistical issues and emergency rearrangements during service delivery.
  4. Liaise with affiliates for service recovery and improvement plans.
  5. Support Reservation / Roadshow team as needed.
  6. Oversee overall service delivery.
  7. Develop and monitor operational plans aligned with company goals, including performance, efficiency, targets, and quality standards.
  8. Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections; schedule regular vehicle maintenance.
  9. Manage existing accounts, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  10. Ensure training manuals for suppliers are current and updated regularly.
  11. Identify organizational risks and implement control measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification: Degree.
  • 2-3 years experience in fleet management/operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to meet suppliers as necessary.
