Operations Analyst (Automotive/ 5 days/ Office Hour)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls/emails
• Prepare shipping documents
• Process customer orders & pricing management
• Issuing of invoices & credit notes
• Demand planning and local warehouse stock monitoring
• Data analysis and sales reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and a proficient level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets, and levels of business
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience working in the automotive industry
