An established industry player is seeking a dynamic professional to enhance client engagement and drive trading success. Key Responsibilities:
Execute full dealing functions efficiently, including trade execution, order management, force-selling, and handling client enquiries across multiple markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S.).
Proactively build and maintain client relationships through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and at in-person events such as webinars and seminars.
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ investment goals and trading behavior; collaborate closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to support client needs through platform enhancements and new initiatives.
Create and publish investor education content regularly across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Rednote 小红书) to drive client engagement and boost brand presence.
Participate actively in projects to enhance trading system functions, improve risk management processes, and support business expansion initiatives.
Monitor market trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely market insights and updates to clients.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies in daily dealings.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in the brokerage industry.
Strong preference for candidates who have completed CMFAS modules 1A, 5, 6, 6A, 8, and 8A, or who hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong product and market knowledge in equities, ETFs, and options; proficient in both fundamental and technical analysis.
Familiarity with Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong capital markets, and understanding of margin trading, options handling, and corporate actions.
Proactive, outgoing, and client-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of client service commitment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, trading systems, and CRM platforms.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves servicing Mandarin-speaking clients and markets.
