• Plan and execute all campus recruitment initiatives, including strategy development, campus outreach, events, campaigns, online assessments, and support for batch interviews.
• Enhance branding strategies and initiatives on campuses.
• Coordinate event requirements and timelines with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events and engagement activities.
• Update and track statistics for accurate data reporting and internal analysis.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with university faculties, career centers, talents, and research associations in the region.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, events, or campus outreach/career fair planning.
