Landsfield Property Consultants Pte Ltd is hiring a Full-time Admin Assistant role in Geylang, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
    • Saturday: Morning shift
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,300 per month
Responsibilities of an Admin Assistant:
  1. Maintain records of fixed assets and update regularly
  2. Record incoming and outgoing mails daily
  3. Keep a record of key movements daily
  4. Perform typing, filing, and printing tasks
  5. Issue car discs and facility passes
  6. Record complaints and redirect to the Condominium Manager
  7. Purchase stamps, stationery, and refreshments as needed
  8. Maintain leave records for site office staff
  9. Oversee bookings of recreational facilities
  10. Collect and record cheques for maintenance charges, booking fees, and other incomes
  11. Post notices on notice boards
  12. Manage petty cash
  13. Perform any other duties as required by management

Location: Toh Tuck Road (Nearest MRT: Beauty World)

Able to start work on short notice.
