Job Summary: Driving People Strategy & Organizational Excellence

At Kang Shi Fu, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive who will play a key role in fostering our unique organizational culture. You will support our business by engaging in various facets of Human Resources to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.

This role will assist the HR Manager in handling the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in day-to-day HR operations.

  • Provide support in the recruitment process and interview coordination.

  • Assist in employee on-boarding & off-boarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, employee records, and filing of documents.

  • Monitor & manage accurate attendance & leave records.

  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including leave policies, and procedures for business travel applications and expense reimbursement.

  • Provide support in the development, implementation, & communication of HR policies & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist in the management of insurance policies, including employee medical insurance, office liability insurance, medical claims processing, and annual renewal processes.

  • Support the coordination and execution of talent management, training, and development.

  • Verification of employees' business travel applications and expense reimbursements.

  • Support in welfare-related events, including company functions and team-building activities.

  • Assist in booking travel tickets, accommodation, and travel insurance, as well as the application of travel visas for employees.

  • Manage office administration, including reception duties when necessary, office supplies, and IT-related matters.

  • Undertake any other projects or tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivation to complete tasks independently.

  • Team player with the ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.

  • Good knowledge of HR practices and well-versed in the Employment Act and other statutory requirements.

  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
