About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and drive continuous growth in business volume and profitability

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.

• Develop strategic plans for customers assigned

• Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on the business KPIs.

• Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.

• Assist in any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.

• Fresh grads with excellent communication and suitable skillsets are welcomed to apply

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.

• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
