Job description

Job Summary:

  • Basic salary of up to $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus

  • Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alternate Saturday (7.30am to 1.30pm)

  • Jurong East/Clementi (Transport Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handled stock receipt, checking, repacking, and inventory management tasks.

  • Processed and quality-checked medication orders and prescriptions for delivery.

  • Coordinated deliveries and resolved issues with healthcare institutions and patients.

  • Supported billing procedures, housekeeping, and management of pharmacy consumables.

  • Collaborated with IT teams on system implementations and automation projects.

  • Contributed to quality improvement initiatives and training of new staff.

  • Assisted in leading section operations and provided cross-functional support when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, a Certificate in the Pharmacy Technician course (awarded by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore), or an equivalent qualification.

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
