Job Title: Project Sales Manager (Singapore & Malaysia)
Location: Remote – Based in Singapore
Reporting to: APAC Sales Director
Company Size: 5,001–10,000 employees
Core Business Areas: Bathroom & Wellness, Dining & Lifestyle, Kitchen, Ceramics Manufacturing, Ceramics and lifestyle

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Sales Manager to drive and grow my client project and B2B sales in Singapore and Malaysia . This is a remote role where the successful candidate will work from home, with frequent travel across both markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets through effective distributor and project channel management in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities by engaging with architects, developers, hotel groups, and interior designers in both markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to position company as a premium solution provider in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  • Support regional project specifications in Southeast Asia when necessary.
  • Prepare and implement effective market development plans to strengthen brand presence and expand the customer base.
  • Align and implement the global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and positioning across the territory.
  • Maintain accurate reporting via CRM tools and contribute to business planning, BRM, and S&OP meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in project sales or business development , preferably within the building materials, sanitary ware, or interior design industries.
  • Strong network within developer, architect, ID, and hotel chain circles in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore, Malaysia, and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
