Employment Type: Permanent | Work Days/Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Scope: Oversee local retail operations (20–24 outlets) and e-commerce business

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Country CEO to lead and optimize our retail and e-commerce operations. This leadership role involves setting direction, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead retail and e-commerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

  • Manage 20–24 retail outlets and online platforms to ensure seamless omnichannel operations

  • Participate in directors' meetings, contributing insights and business performance updates

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing retail teams; oversee recruitment and training

  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for retail operations; identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance reviews

  • Champion customer experience initiatives such as loyalty programs and service enhancements

  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to inform pricing and promotional strategies

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and operations departments

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

  • Proven experience in senior retail or operational leadership roles

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
