Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipping, air freight, sea freight etc

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

  • Understand client needs and offer customized freight solutions

  • Prospecting and generating sales revenue

  • Accountable for individual costs recovery

  • Contributing to the financial well-being of the company and achieve sales target set by HOD

  • Ensure the company credit policies are adhered to

  • Monitoring of account receivable and aging not exceeding 30 days unless approved

  • To ensure that all quotation are rated accurately and with profit margin added on

  • Provide efficient and effectives follow up

  • Resolving any customers’ complaint or operational issues that customer has feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain Management / other related discipline and above

  • Minimum 3 years & above in the Sales & Marketing in Freight Forwarding

  • Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc

  • Active listening and strong communication skills

  • Positive attitude, goal-driven mindsets and self-disciplined

  • Initiative and Independent
