Job description

Join us as a Accounts Supervisor/Officer in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. We are looking for someone who is responsible for supporting Hotel operations by assisting with the processing of invoices and statements are made accurately and on a timely basis in line with the Hotel’s contracts with the vendors.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the timely billing of accounts and reconciling of credit cards
  • Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger, post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
  • In the absence of the Account Receivable Supervisor, handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts
  • Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
  • Process all invoices and statements, and ensure all invoices are sent out on a daily basis
  • Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices prior to mailing out
  • Maintain a filing system for account receivable records, invoices, refunds, sales contracts, credit card contracts and banquet event orders
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and Personal Data Protection Act
  • Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
