Position: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm

Salary range: $2400 - $3000

Location: Jurong East MRT

Qualifications
  • Proven track record as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in business administration, accounting, or business management are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support the entire accounts payable process
  • Oversee office maintenance and travel arrangements
  • Process purchase orders, shipping, and complete shipment documentation
  • Support company operations by maintaining office services, organizing procedures
  • Perform clerical functions
  • Organize workspaces and manage stationery and equipment supplies
  • Maintain workspace conditions and coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of supplier invoices by reviewing purchase orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices
  • Manage contract negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Liaise with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security)
  • Assist in improving company procedures and daily operations
  • Provide support to visitors
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues
