What the role is:

You are responsible for all performance and promotion matters, pay and allowances, rewards, and administrative penalties.

What you will be working on:

1. Assist with ranking data
2. Coordinate and conduct ranking boards
3. Calculate pay and allowances
4. Manage rewards administration and administrative penalties

• Engaging diverse stakeholders and communicating effectively

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Human Resources is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
