Assistant Sales Manager
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the general end user sales team and growing our resellers/dealers network.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to improve our win rate to achieve or exceed sales target.
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team by instilling process discipline on leads management and pipeline development.
Develop and implement new sales model to improve customer reach and engagement.
Develop and build a strong dealers and resellers network to increase our footprint in the market.
Responsible for overall profitability of the business.
Regularly monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales operations.
Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Business or equivalent qualification or related field.
3-5 years of relevant sales experience in B2C market, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge in home and interior furnishing and experience in managing resellers/dealers.
Dynamic, resourceful team player.
Self driven and goal oriented with the ability to work independently.
Customer-oriented.
Achievement-oriented to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
Good communication and presentation skills.
