Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
2. Align HR strategies, policies, systems, and work processes with the organization’s business goals.
3. Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
4. Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
5. Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
6. Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
7. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2. At least 8 years of related work experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
