- Position : Admin Assistant / Sales Coordinator - Up to $3,000 - AMK
- Location : Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.0PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10-18 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Create Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Invoice from system
- Prepare and co-ordinate for delivery and distribute DHL/FedEx/Local packages
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Track sales performance and update sales data on CRM
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Checking suppliers' delivery notes against our goods system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
