Accountable for developing and executing a strategic plan to significantly grow the business, delivering tangible and measurable outcomes in line with the company's overall objectives.
Drive the business strategies towards growth and profitability, with complete P&L responsibilities.
Develop sales team to meet challenging sales targets, and to monitor and drive the performance of the sales team.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay informed of the industry trends.
Uphold a positive brand image and reputation.
Demonstrate excellent skills at negotiating business deals including license deals, agreements, term sheets, and other business collaboration.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Oversee research and development programs, pilot testing with different research institutes, represent Company to determine detailed product structures, product planning, development progress, production costs that aligns with the brand positioning.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Implement process improvements as necessary.
Foster a positive, caring and teaming work environment, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Inspire, mentor, and guide the team to achieve their full potential.
More than 10 years of working experience in sales/business development experience in water/wastewater treatment or chemical industry, especially in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently and result-oriented.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to membrane technology and filtration processes. Ability to discern industry needs and trends, particularly in Pharmaceutical, Dairy and Chemicals industries.
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across academia, institutional research, and industry.
Team player with strong integrity and accountability mindset entrepreneurial-minded.
Willing and able to travel.
