Job description

Property Officer

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm (Mon-Fri). Able to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays, where required.

Salary: Junior: $2,800 - $3,000 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
Senior: $3,500 - $3,800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS

Job scope:

  1. Supervise and ensure all repair and routine maintenance works by contractors are properly carried out and satisfactorily completed according to contract terms.
  2. Schedule and oversee breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  3. Perform regular inspections and enforce standards at common property areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant authority standards, and recommend necessary works.
  4. Certify completion of contractor works and recommend payments.
  5. Coordinate maintenance consultancy works with professional consultants and obtain necessary licenses and certificates from authorities.
  6. Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine causes and prevent future issues.
  7. Perform any additional duties assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. ITE candidates with relevant township experience will also be considered.
  4. Ability to conduct site inspections.
