PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE!!!

As a Student Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and enriching experience for our students.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, addressing their concerns, and fostering a supportive and positive environment to encourage students to embark on lifelong learning. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalized assistance to students regarding academic, administrative, and personal matters.
  2. Offer guidance on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways to students.
  3. Deliver and promote an excellent service culture to enhance the student experience.
  4. Work closely with other departments and partners to ensure high-quality and timely responses to students' inquiries and requests.
  5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
  6. Handle collection of payments and all administrative duties related to the center.
Requirements
  1. Priority and better compensation for candidates able to work weekend shifts.
  2. Minimum A level / Diploma in any discipline is advantageous.
  3. Dynamic individual with a service-oriented attitude, passion for service delivery, and a proactive approach.
  4. Good written and oral communication skills.
  5. Strong team player with initiative and a commitment to excellence.
  6. Ability to function effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  7. Structured career progression plan to groom potential candidates.
