As an Operation Manager, you should be familiar with and understand the project maintenance and operation management process.

What will you do?

1. Respond to customer issues, communicate with users, and resolve them within the specified time.
2. Respond to any incidents in the system, manage and work with the team to resolve the issues.
3. Provide on-site support and management during regular system updates.
4. Manage and follow up on new onboarding events in the system.
5. Troubleshoot issues on systems independently.
6. Provide operating guidance, training, and troubleshooting documents to internal and external parties.
7. Provide technical insights for the design and implementation of solutions.
8. Support and manage project onboarding.
9. Provide and manage necessary testing of the system.
10. Maintain and manage system-related documents.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years in the software development industry or server infrastructure setup.
3. Familiarity with Java programming language; experience in Go development is a plus.
4. Experience with at least two of the following Virtualization Technologies/Platforms: VMware, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Cloud Stack, Azure Stack.
5. Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management, and auto-scaling techniques.
6. Thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and WiFi setup.
7. Hands-on experience in deploying Ceph using different file systems such as object storage, RBD, CephFS storage.
8. Good knowledge of storage technologies, such as NAS, SAN, SDS.
9. Experience with automation tools such as Salt, Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
10. Experience with load balancing setup for TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and routing.
11. Experience in using software version control.
12. Knowledge of IT security standards, for instance from CIS or IM8.
13. Experience in IT security policy management and enforcement.
14. Knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to restore faulty servers to working condition.
15. Experience in coding or scripting languages such as Bash, Windows Batch Script, PowerShell, Perl, Python, etc.
16. Ability to install, use, and configure various Linux Operating Systems, such as Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS.
