Job description
  • Singapore Based (Changi Naval Based, project office at Lavender area)

  • Project contract based (estimate 26 months till completion, started Jan 2024)

  • 5.5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday full day)

  • Salary: $4000 to $6000 (depends on experience)

  • Degree/master’s in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect + At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable

  • Minimum three years of post-graduate experience in the related field. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD software/BIM/Revit or other design software.

Job Scope

Reports directly to Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager.

  1. Compile and review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical and electrical components of the project.
  2. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
  3. Attend to progress meeting with Clients and Consultants.
  4. Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
  5. Planning and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  6. Liaise with the project team /clients to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
  7. Producing detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
  8. Using software programs for simulating architectural designs.
  9. Verifying and validating onsite work against plans and designs.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.
