Job description

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative duties
  • Able to do basic Website design
  • Responsible to Social media management, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Create design for event poster (basic Photoshop skill)
  • In charge of Customer Service and Relationship building maintain accounts (Data entry and Follow-up)
  • Direct assist the Director and Manager meeting slides
  • Responsible in schedule meeting using Google Calendar, Email, Google DRIVE tracking
  • Well-versed in Ms-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Min. Local Diploma holderwith Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized
  • Entry level candidate, Fresh Diploma Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to speak in Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task, task orientated and work independently
  • Proficient in latest Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and basic Photoshop
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards learning
