Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to set up a pulse laser deposition (PLD) system and optimize it for the deposition of single-crystal high-k oxides and other metal chalcogenides. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fabricating and testing devices based on these materials.

Qualifications
  • PhD degree (candidates should receive their PhD no later than 30-Sep-2025)
  • Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required
  • Recent Ph.D. graduates and postdoctoral researchers with experience in PLD systems
  • Transistor device fabrication experience is a plus
  • Applicants should have a strong publication record in the field of 2D materials
