  • Partner with the Compliance team to implement robust anti-fraud controls and incident response procedures.

2. FX & Transaction Operations

  • Monitor and manage daily FX transactions and ensure settlement efficiency and operational integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to FX or payment processing in coordination with product and tech teams.
  • Ensure alignment with all regulatory and licensing conditions under MAS guidelines and international remittance standards.

3. Process Optimisation & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvements across the payments and FX operations ecosystem, using automation and data insights to scale operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new features, products, or operational frameworks.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, fintech innovation, and evolving regulatory standards in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in payments operations, with hands-on experience managing chargebacks, disputes, and high-volume payment flows.
  • Understanding of Singapore’s payments and FX regulatory landscape, including AML/CFT requirements under MAS Notice 626.
  • Prior team leadership or people management experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong decision-making, process management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile fintech environment with regional and global teams.

Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
