Willing to travel for outlet visitation
Require a Class 3 Driving License, Company transport be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Led a team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets and drive outlet performance across multiple locations.
Provided strategic and operational guidance to ensure smooth daily operations in accordance with company SOPs and workflows.
Maintained strong relationships with landlords, government agencies (NEA, SFA, Civil Defense), and stall tenants, ensuring regulatory compliance and prompt resolution of issues.
Oversaw inspections, coordinated with landlords on maintenance, joint promotions, and event planning.
Promoted food stalls to prospective tenants, managed timely rental collections, and handled lease renewals and negotiations.
Sourced and onboarded suitable tenants to maintain full occupancy, aligning offerings with market demands.
Took proactive measures for rental debt recovery and minimized credit losses.
Partnered with Business Development and Project teams on site sourcing, renovations, and new business opportunities.
Led major renovation and outlet enhancement initiatives to uplift performance and brand presence.
Monitored and managed financial and operational performance, collaborating with senior management on budgets and business plans.
Analyzed area performance data and proposed cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability.
Upheld consistent service quality and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Mentored and developed employees, established clear performance expectations, and facilitated training programs.
Evaluated stall tenant performance, pricing compliance, and product quality; provided feedback and support.
Supervised cleaning contractors and stall tenants to ensure high housekeeping and service standards.
Conducted regular outlet meetings and ensured timely completion of M&E works.
Reviewed team performance, recommended confirmations, promotions, and training to improve effectiveness.
Addressed staff grievances, disciplinary matters, and managed termination procedures in line with company policies.
Communicated company policies clearly to staff, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
