An established industry player in corporate gifts is seeking a versatile Accounts cum HR Executive to join their dynamic team. Position Title: Accounts cum HR Executive
Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Boon Keng)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3300- $3500 + Variable Bonus (At least 1 month)
Duration: Permanent
Accounts:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent
Min. 2 years of hand-on experience in HR and Accounts functions
Familiar with full set accounting and payroll
