Job Description

  • Deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service
  • Perform daily telemarketing calls to generate and identify new leads provided by the company, and arrange appointments for clients
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
  • Perform other related and miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (must), with dialects preferred; able to speak and write fluently
  • Good voice quality and personable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills to address clients' needs and concerns
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and smartphone usage
  • O-Level Pass in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
  • Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (e.g., air stewardess, hotel reception) is an advantage
  • Experience in handling difficult clients and resolving issues to satisfy their needs
