Job summary

A leading travel retail company is seeking a Frontline Staff Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in cosmetic sales and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing staff, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance store performance.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Cosmetic and Perfume sales in a Supervisory capacity.
  • Bilingual, with the ability to speak a third language an added advantage.

Job description

Manage all Frontline Staff assigned

  • Be a Leader to motivate and guide team members in becoming true Shilla Ambassadors
  • Assist Retail Manager / Senior Retail Manager on recruitment needs
  • Drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potentials to achieve sales targets
  • Handle all employee disciplinary matters, provide counselling and enforce disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance of SOPs of selling standards, customer service quality and attitudes, grooming matters and adherence to all established operational policies and procedures
  • Handle rostering and manpower planning

Sales Reports and Targets

  • Prepare all required sales reports and forecasting for assigned terminal
  • Customer Service
  • Work closely with Customer Service Team to manage and resolve customer-related feedback

Store Management

  • Conduct stock take exercises, monitor stocks, manage inventory levels and replenishment
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of products and other requirement items
  • Work closely with related Departments to review Visual Merchandising and product display
  • Ensure all Incidents in store are duly reported and handled
  • Work with Security Team on STEB & LAGS regulations
  • Any other duties as per assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Prior experience in Cosmetic and Perfume sales in a Supervisory capacity, with passion in the industry
  • Experience in travel retail background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
  • Dependable Leader with the proven sales records
  • Bilingual, with the ability to speak third language an added advantage
  • Able to perform retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays
