By collaborating with key stakeholders, the team designs scalable learning strategies that align with business goals, equipping teams with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. Through innovative training delivery and data-driven insights, the BTD team fosters a culture of continuous learning, driving growth and success in a dynamic global market.
About the role: We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Training Leader to oversee the training and development of the SMB BTD training team. This role involves identifying training needs through stakeholder management, working with other COEs to create scalable learning programs tailored to regional differences, and collaborating across teams to deliver effective learning experiences.
