A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a dedicated professional to handle client servicing and document processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing renewal notices and supporting brokers with documentation. Candidates with relevant insurance certifications and experience will be preferred.
Jobscope includes:
Client Servicing, including document processing
Preparation of cover notes, letters, billings, endorsements, and placing slips
Manage and track renewal notices
Ability to handle clients' queries and communicate with underwriters
Supports Brokers in documentation
Any other tasks assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree.
Preferably minimum 2 years' working experience in the Insurance industry handling general insurance classes
Must have a Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).
Advantage for Candidate with Certificate In Health Insurance (HI), Certificate Rules and Regulations for Financial Advisory Services (M5), Life Insurance and Investment-Link Policies (M9 & M9A)
Must be IT savvy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, work independently and be resourceful
Attention to detail, ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure
