Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and manage maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works for smooth building operations .
Oversee building systems (e.g., fire safety, landscaping, HVAC, M&E systems) to ensure they function efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Track and monitor maintenance programs and schedules to ensure timely execution and resolve any breakdowns or system defects.
Manage emergency/ad hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting, providing technical support to the team and coordinating between subcontractors/vendors.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure the safety, compliance and property is well-maintained.
Monitor system breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Coordinate and liaise with consultants and clients for M&E works administration.
Prepare monthly reports for management, summarising maintenance activities, project progress.
Perform any other facilities management duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or a related field with large buildings.
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
Possess leadership and people management skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team
Interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Flexible and organised in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and organisational skills.
