The Job

• Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims
• Perform detailed site inspections
• Review and process new vehicle claims reports
• Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and customers
• Organize and present vehicle claims review plans
• Negotiate settlements
• Resolve vehicle claims in a timely manner
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sat: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
