Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with Facultative accounts, follow up on correspondences, and manage/maintain communications.

• Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses and research industry issues.

• Create a narrative to secure optimal solutions for clients by working closely with the Actuarial and Analytics Department.

• Gather insights on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior management, offering context and suggestions to ensure account satisfaction and retention.

• Gain fluency in the company's various service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance and develop sales capabilities.

• Develop new business by actively sourcing additional clients from existing accounts and through new client acquisition to accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preferably with a Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent, or complete CGI within a reasonable period upon employment.

• At least 2 years of experience in Facultative Reinsurance.

• Possess a strong network with reinsurers responsible for the Southeast Asia Region.

• Meticulous with keen attention to detail.

• Highly motivated, a team player with good interpersonal skills, and able to work proactively and independently where required.
