Job description

1. Perform modelling and coordination of MEP systems.

2. Develop detailed 3D designs for equipment, pipelines, instruments, pumps, and tanks based on P&ID and PFD.

3. Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the 3D model.

4. Produce shop drawings for pumps, tanks, piping, and electrical components.

5. Support the consulting team to ensure deliverables are within schedule.

6. Conduct clash analysis and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and disputes.
