Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive family travel arrangements, including complex flight bookings, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, dining reservations, and activities.
- Oversee and ensure timely renewals of all family identity documents, such as passports, re-entry permits, and arrival cards.
- Maintain and update contact lists and LinkedIn profile.
- Organize and coordinate mid-scale functions and events.
- Handle online and offline purchases
- Arrange both personal and professional appointments and reservations.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives, founders, or chairpersons.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage interruptions or emergencies, and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, responsible, self-motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Resourceful and knowledgeable across a range of areas relevant to the role.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
- Observant and able to anticipate the employers needs and preferences.
