  4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
  5. Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils, and replenish stock.
  6. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
  7. Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
  8. Be self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
  9. Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
  10. Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
  11. Have a friendly, approachable, and sales-driven attitude.
  12. Promote services, products, and discounts on social media.
  13. Be available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  14. Receive payments from clients and track all transactions.
  15. Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly).
  16. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  17. Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers.
