Our client is a leading cross-border wealth solutions platform providing bespoke services in Trust, Insurance, and Family Governance to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. With a pioneering approach and a strong presence in Asia, the firm is expanding its Singapore team with the addition of a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia.
This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial professional to shape the regional business development strategy and cultivate relationships across private wealth channels.
Develop and execute business development initiatives to grow the firms footprint in Southeast Asia.
Identify and engage institutional clients and intermediaries (private banks, EAMs, legal and tax advisors, family offices).
Promote the firm's integrated wealth solutions tailored to UHNW clients and families.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, legal, operations) to structure and deliver complex cross-border offerings.
Represent the firm at marketing campaigns, client events, and industry forums to boost visibility and market presence.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes in the trust, insurance, and family governance sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally in private banking, insurance, or trust services.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and managing key client relationships in the Southeast Asia market.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience working with HNW and UHNW clients and their advisory ecosystems is advantageous.
