Client Support Manager (Sales) - YJ
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Support Manager (Sales) to support our frontline sales teams by streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing overall sales productivity.
This role plays a vital part in managing key sales processes and rolling out of CRM system. You will also lead the optimization of tools and processes to ensure a seamless customer journey and stronger commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead implementation and roll-out of MS Dynamics CRM
Coordinate across departments to ensure successful delivery, user adoption, and change management
Sales Operations & Support
Provide day-to-day support to sales teams, including handling ad-hoc quotations, lead management, and customer onboarding activities
Enhance sales efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize key processes.
CRM Ownership
Serve as the primary owner of the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy, usability, and effectiveness.
Conduct regular training for sales teams on CRM usage and ensure timely resolution of system-related queries.
Workflow Optimization
Develop and refine scalable processes that improve sales team productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify recurring process issues and implement solutions to eliminate delays and simplify workflows.
Performance Tracking & Business Intelligence
Analyze key sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
Develop and distribute reports to support sales leaders in performance management.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales support professionals to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Planning roles.
Min 4 years in project management and/or delivered min. 1 full project life cycle for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (As an administrator) is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus.
