Job Scope:
Lead pre-sales demos, follow up on leads, and build business partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, handle quotations, and process POs.
Manage sales reports, stock for demos, and handle customer issues.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and pricing negotiations.
Support sales targets and relay customer feedback for improvements.
Assist in AV project planning, procurement, setup, and execution.
Perform installations, upgrades, wiring, troubleshooting, and on-site support.
Manage testing, configuration, and commissioning of AV/CCTV/ELV systems.
Liaise with clients, provide training, and resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation and coordinate with finance for billing.
Support company projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in AV Tech, EEE, IT, or related field.
2+ years' AV experience.
Strong AV/IT technical skills & troubleshooting.
Familiar with VC, broadcasting, signal flow, editing tools.
Up-to-date on AV trends & hardware.
Independent, responsible, and proactive.
Negotiation skills a plus.
