Job description

Job Info:

• Basic up to $6000 + Bonus

• 5 Days; Office Hours

• Will be placed at the client site; location will be shared during the interview

Job Scope:

• Lead pre-sales demos, follow up on leads, and build business partnerships.

• Conduct client meetings, handle quotations, and process POs.

• Manage sales reports, stock for demos, and handle customer issues.

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and pricing negotiations.

• Support sales targets and relay customer feedback for improvements.

• Assist in AV project planning, procurement, setup, and execution.

• Perform installations, upgrades, wiring, troubleshooting, and on-site support.

• Manage testing, configuration, and commissioning of AV/CCTV/ELV systems.

• Liaise with clients, provide training, and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain documentation and coordinate with finance for billing.

• Support company projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in AV Tech, EEE, IT, or related field.

• 2+ years' AV experience.

• Strong AV/IT technical skills & troubleshooting.

• Familiar with VC, broadcasting, signal flow, editing tools.

• Up-to-date on AV trends & hardware.

• Independent, responsible, and proactive.

• Negotiation skills a plus.
