Job description

Summary:

• Industry : Construction/ Civil Engineering

• East Side

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality BIM models and construction documents with minimal supervision

• Deliver fully coordinated federated models in the required formats within agreed timelines

• Support the BIM Manager in the implementation and adherence to BIM standards and workflows

• Assist in updating and revising BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure BIM models are developed with accurate parameters and attributes to support quantity take-offs and 4D simulations

• Collaborate with internal teams and relevant departments to ensure drawings meet design and project requirements

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, specialist works contractors (SWCs), and subcontractors

• Utilize BIM for model coordination, construction sequencing, constructability reviews, and as-built documentation

• Review design and fabrication models and drawings for accuracy and compliance

• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts through coordination meetings

• Perform quality control checks before releasing and exchanging BIM models

Key requirements:

• Candidate with relevant working experience as a BIM Modeller / Coordinator

• Proficient in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit
