Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) master plan and schedule for production machinery and equipment.

  • Plan equipment capacity and resource allocation based on business forecasts, addressing constraints and proposing improvement or upgrade initiatives aligned with company objectives.

  • Establish and implement preventive maintenance strategies to boost productivity, yield, and operational efficiency while meeting maintenance KPIs and reducing costs.

  • Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained, repaired, and kept in optimal working condition.

  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

  • Lead equipment modification, enhancement projects, and overall plant improvement and reliability programs.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to help achieve output and yield targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Dicing, Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Molding, or Testing equipment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Able to work independently and take ownership with minimal supervision

  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems

  • Proficient in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) concepts

  • Prior experience in IC assembly is an added advantage
