Job description

• Coordination and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interface that exists on the project.

• Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner

• Coordinates and liaises with the project team to update the Detailed Works Programme

• Involvement in the development and control of the Project Work Schedule.

• Inputs the activity information into a project scheduling software and use an iterative process of time analysis to obtain an optimum time schedule.

• Liaise with other staff & suppliers to visit the site to optimize the planning effort.

• Manage design progress, reporting, authorities matrix, and similar management tools.
