What you will be working on

Roles & Responsibilities

For this role, you will be reporting to the Team Lead/Division Head. As a Team Member, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategy and campaigns to amplify SportSG’s desired narratives to shape stakeholder perspectives though media
  • Develop stakeholder engagement framework to secure mindshare for business units’ initiatives, including:
  • Identifying relevant stakeholders and work out stakeholder mapping
  • Developing a strong message house to guide effective and clear communications with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, community members, partners etc)
  • Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives to amplify SportSG’s desired narratives to shape stakeholder perspectives
  • Support the development & implementation of business units’ digital channels & content strategy

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile. This individual should preferably be a sport advocate who leads an active lifestyle and wants to be involved in facilitating opportunities for more people to Live Better through Sport.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Marketing / Communications or related degree
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in public relations/marketing/communications related field
  • Familiar in working with media owners, media/creative agencies, Public Relations agencies and local media
  • Proven track record in implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns (including, public relations, advertising, media buying on traditional and digital platforms)
  • Resourceful with strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills
  • Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and budget management capabilities
