We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our HR operations across the APAC region.
This role is critical to our mission of building a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Develop HR metrics and dashboards to track and report key people analytics to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and scalability in HR practices.
- Support training and development programs to upskill regional talent.
Qualifications:
- Background Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional HR leadership in APAC.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for employee engagement.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
