Job description

• 5.5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday

• Location: Across Singapore

• Basic ranging $3k-$5.5k

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing daily site operations and coordination of M&E and/or C&S works.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documents.

• Supervise installation, inspection, and testing of M&E systems or steel structure works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and technical challenges.

• Monitor project schedules and progress, prepare reports, and highlight potential risks or delays.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

• Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

• Attend site and coordination meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects involving M&E systems or C&S steel structures.

• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project planning tools.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team under tight schedules.
