Whether it’s negotiating deals, providing expert technical advice, or staying ahead of industry trends, you play a key role in shaping the future of industrial connectivity.

Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and grow key client accounts and relationships to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth by increasing product sales and earnings per client.

  • Proactively source and identify new project opportunities to expand the business pipeline.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing complex deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and trading partners.

  • Oversee tender preparation and commercial viability assessments, including reviewing technical requirements, customer specifications, vendor sourcing, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors throughout the pre-sales, order, and post-sales processes.

  • Handle sales forecasting, project coordination, after-sales support, and sales presentations.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.

  • Submit reports promptly and accurately.

  • Provide expertise on networking and data communication products/solutions in industrial applications, including:

    • Solution development, design, and consultancy

    • Pre-sales advice and consultancy on system integration

    • Technical liaison with principals regarding product solutions

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with principals and partners for assigned products and solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new developments, and innovative applications relevant to the role.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.

  • At least one year of experience in business development or sales.

  • Experience in the IT industry or related sectors is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of commercial and industrial systems and their applications.

  • Proven track record in promoting industrial systems and securing orders.

  • Technical experience in industrial and/or telecommunication systems, with a strong understanding of equipment specifications, is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent networking and organizational abilities.

  • Results-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Dynamic personality and a team player.
