Job Description
Develop, maintain, and grow key client accounts and relationships to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Drive revenue growth by increasing product sales and earnings per client.
Proactively source and identify new project opportunities to expand the business pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing complex deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and trading partners.
Oversee tender preparation and commercial viability assessments, including reviewing technical requirements, customer specifications, vendor sourcing, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors throughout the pre-sales, order, and post-sales processes.
Handle sales forecasting, project coordination, after-sales support, and sales presentations.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Submit reports promptly and accurately.
Provide expertise on networking and data communication products/solutions in industrial applications, including:
Solution development, design, and consultancy
Pre-sales advice and consultancy on system integration
Technical liaison with principals regarding product solutions
Manage and strengthen relationships with principals and partners for assigned products and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, new developments, and innovative applications relevant to the role.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least one year of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in the IT industry or related sectors is an advantage.
Knowledge of commercial and industrial systems and their applications.
Proven track record in promoting industrial systems and securing orders.
Technical experience in industrial and/or telecommunication systems, with a strong understanding of equipment specifications, is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and organizational abilities.
Results-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
