Role Overview

We are seeking a Power Services Solution Application Expert for East Asia to drive growth within our Services portfolio, engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders to make a significant impact in our digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create demand for services by engaging with strategic and key account end-users across various sectors, including utilities, semiconductors, energy & chemicals, transportation, and industrial manufacturing.
2. Design and develop end-to-end digital architectures based on Schneider Electric’s product and solutions portfolio, sourcing third-party products as needed.
3. Support sales strategies by analyzing market dynamics, identifying drivers, and expanding the sales team to meet growth targets.
4. Develop technical expertise in EcoStruxure solutions and other relevant areas, supporting high-level customer discussions and translating requirements into comprehensive power service architectures.
5. Provide expert support on power solutions, protection plans, and digital/consulting offers.
6. Perform preliminary engineering designs adhering to local and international standards for modernization projects.
7. Create reference architectures and technical documentation to promote our solutions and benefits.
8. Enhance the competencies of sales specialists and community members through sharing materials, training, and showcasing examples.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Electrical, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Analytics, with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP).
2. 8-10 years of experience in a senior technical or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of large, critical electro-intensive industries, IoT, or cloud technologies.
4. Expertise in power systems engineering, including standards (NFPA, IEC), protection, power electronics, and power quality.
5. Experience with integration platforms and IIoT technologies is advantageous.
6. Experience leading utility, semiconductor, energy, chemical, transportation, or renewable energy projects is a plus.
7. Strong sales development skills and ability to engage at C-level.
8. Understanding of contractual and project financial aspects, with proposal writing skills.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Willingness to travel up to 60% within East Asia.
